Environmental Demad Enables Woodward Electrical to Expand into the North East
We are pleased to announce our expansion into the North West, after over 25 years success in the Midlands. With environmental policy becoming increasingly significant, companies are looking at more sustainable, energy efficient systems to comply with government legislation. Woodward Electrical Ltd are able to help clients to deal with the new regulations and are finding that more and more companies are focusing on energy efficiency and cost saving.
This in due course has prompted the opening of a new office in Barrow-In-Furness. Woodward Electrical is working with a consortium of professionals in the North West known as Consentimus on various environmental and regeneration projects in the housing and commercial sector (worth approx 2/3million over the next two years). The expansion into the North West town of Barrow-In-Furness has enabled Woodward to grow their resources and capabilities across the UK.
Alan Woodward who started the company in 1987 said:
‘I am delighted to open a new office in Barrow-In-Furness, this also enables us to offer our services across the UK, and to support new and existing clients with the pressures of environmental legislation.’’
He goes on to add: After moving into the London market two years ago we have experienced exceptional growth and the ability to offer support to businesses on a national scale.’’
With the current focus on the environment and sustainability, Woodward’s clients are looking at replacing and updating their electrics with automated heating and lighting systems, not just adding energy efficient light bulbs.
Alan adds: ‘’People want more energy efficient systems in their homes and businesses to provide a long term cost saving solution.’’
